Our rapidly solidified foil is available in strip and perform shapes.  Widths from 3.8mm (0.15 inch) up to 280mm (11 inch) and thicknesses from 0.04mm (0.0015 inch) to 0.08mm (0.003 inches) are available depending on the alloy.  The typical thickness is 0.05mm (0.002 inch) and a variety of compositions are available.

Impurity Limits – All other metallic impurities having a vapor pressure higher than 10-7 mm Hg at 500°C are limited to .002% each. Impurities having a vapor pressure lower than 10-7 mm Hg at 500°C are limited to a total of .050%. (Applicable to all forms except powder and extrudable paste).
